Design-as-a-Service (DaaS) is a subscription-based business model that provides dedicated graphic design resources for marketing teams, at a fraction of the cost of in-house hiring or outsourcing to an agency.    If you have multiple small to medium size projects that require 20+ hours a month of design talent, then our plans work very well.

No.  You pay only the monthly subscription which can be paused or cancelled at any time.

We bill monthly via credit at the beginning of each month but can also accommodate ACH wire transfer and direct deposits.   Payment is due in full at the beginning of the period.

Yes, you can.  Our subscriptions are the most cost-effective way to work with Quill.  However, if your design needs are less frequent or you want to test drive us first, we can offer hourly pricing.

Yes.  A project lead and designer are assigned and dedicated to you during our on-boarding process.  We feel that working with dedicated resources (fractional to full time) allow us to get to know you, your brand goals and build a long-term relationship with you. 

Our team of designers are located in Canada and The Netherlands, giving us coverage across North American and European time zones.

By working with a dedicated Quill team, day-to-day, we learn your brand style and strategy. This ensures faster, smoother project flow with consistently great results.

Typically, our turnaround time is 48-72 hours for most project submissions.  In special cases, we can deliver small projects same or next day.  As soon as you upload a new request to QuillHub, your team is immediately alerted, so most projects get started the next business day.

With the DaaS subscription revisions are unlimited and we work until you are thrilled with the results. 

Unlimited means there are no limits to the number of requests or revisions, and we manage a queue system within QuillHub.   If you add a bunch of different requests at one time you can manage them all together and reprioritize as needed.  Our goal is to complete all of them in a timely manner and there is no fluctuation in the monthly subscription cost.

Depending on the plan, we can work on 1-3 projects at a time.  An important part of our customer relationships is trust.  You trust that we are doing our very best for you at all times and will not sacrifice quality for quantity.  You trust that we keep to our timelines and commitments.

Talk to us.   We can provide a detailed proposal around a larger project.  Most times we can break the scope of work into smaller pieces and provide a schedule for the work to move through your queue.   Not all projects fit Quill and we will be upfront and transparent about what we can or cannot do.

If you think of your requests as brand strategy/development or standard marketing assets, then we are very well equipped to support both areas.  This can include things like brand guidelines, visual identity, logo design, website design, presentation/pitch decks, email campaigns, sell sheets, product brochures, product manuals, packaging design etc.  

Yes, we typically can help with short motion graphics or animated GIFS for your website or social media.   Any longer form animation or videos is not what we typically do.

Yes, all of the finished assets and source or working files are stored by project in the QuillHub and accessible to you at any time.
